I feel retroactively jealous. Harry nursed himself into humongo-baby size so early I only got a few months of the sling before it became back- impossible. The few times I tried it when he was a toddler, for all the reasons you mention, I nearly ended up in traction. But your principal is wonderful and how that he's 3, we just cook together.
